The 42nd Occasional Pasadena Doo Dah Parade — Sunday, November 24, 2019, in East Pasadena!

Official Website:

The Pasadena Doo Dah Parade will be making its 41st appearance this fall, in its pre-Thanksgiving time slot! Known as the twisted sister of the traditional Rose Parade, Doo Dah began as a grassroots event in 1978 and went on to gain national attention for its eccentric and, often, irreverent satire. The parade, which has spawned numerous off-beat replicants across the country, was featured in last year’s Wall Street Journal. It has also been named by Readers Digest as America’s Best Parade, and was recently featured in the book 50 Places You Must Visit Before You Die!

If you are interested in being an entry in the Pasadena Doo Dah Parade, or coming to attend, please call Patricia Hurley at 626-590-1134. The notorious Queen Tryouts are held in October annually and open to everyone. Tryouts are held prior to the event. Please visit the official website or call us for more details.
